Jon with his tlayuda
Jon with his tlayuda with chorizo (oaxacan sausage) at Casa Oaxaca in Santa Ana. The tlayuda was similar to a pizza, with a large crispy tortilla making the crust, and a bean mole (flavored with avocado leaves to give it a hint of anise flavor) as the sauce. Hard to cut, but very tasty!
