I recently went to a Japan food festival at Mitsuwa, and discovered that they had a Japanese chef cooking takoyaki (fried octopus balls) from scratch in the traditional style. I couldn't help but photograph it! Mitsuwa Marketplace is a Japanese grocery store chain in Southern California.
