Making takoyaki - the highlights (17/17)

A box of eight completed Takoyaki, made during a demonstration of takoyaki cooking at Mitsuwa Market in Costa Mesa, California. The takoyaki are topped with a mayonnaise sauce, a second darker sauce, and then sprinkled with shaved bonito (dried fish).
