The supplies Chef Ryota Akai of Japan was using during a demonstration of takoyaki cooking at Mitsuwa Market in Costa Mesa, California. Seen are a pair of cooking chopsticks, the cooking controls for the takoyaki pans, gloves, chopped green onions (scallions), and chopped red peppers.
