Dessert sampler at Casa Oaxaca

At the end of our meal the manager brought out a custom dessert sampler for the OCC Culinology Club.  In the sampler was virtually everything they serve: "nieve de leche quemada, tuna o nuez" (ice cream of burnt milk, cactus fruit, passion fruit, and mamey sapote), rice pudding with garbanzo beans, and one more item I can't recall.
