Chef Ryota Akai of Japan turns takoyaki during a demonstration of takoyaki cooking at Mitsuwa Market in Costa Mesa, California.  The chef used chopsticks to delicately poke and turn each takoyaki ball.  While this sounds slow, he touches each ball for only a tiny fraction of a second, making this one of the shots I'm proudest of.
